Shipping Locations
  • We currently ship across India using reliable courier partners via Shiprocket.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Processing times may extend during festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
  • Metro Cities: 4-7 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5-10 business days
  • Remote Areas & North-Eastern States: 7-12 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Any additional charges (such as octroi or entry taxes) may be applicable in some regions and will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking

Delivery Delays & Issues

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • High demand periods (festivals, sales, public holidays)
  • Unforeseen circumstances (weather disruptions, lockdowns, natural calamities)
  • Courier partner issues

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please reach out to us for support.

Address Changes & Non-Delivery
  • You can update your shipping address within 24 hours of placing an order by emailing [email protected].
  • If the courier attempts delivery and the package is undelivered due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery can be arranged with additional shipping charges.
Damaged or Missing Items
  • If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • Order ID
    • Photos of the package (outer and inner packaging)
    • Product images
  • We will coordinate with Shiprocket to resolve the issue.
