Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for all orders placed on www.rinessa.com:

• Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay)
• Debit Cards (All major Indian banks)
• UPI (Unified Payments Interface) – Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.
• Net Banking – Supported by leading Indian banks
• Wallets – Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge, etc.
• EMI Options – Available for select banks and cards
• Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) – Depending on Razorpay’s eligibility

We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.

• All transactions on www.rinessa.com are processed through Razorpay’s PCI DSS compliant secure payment gateway.
• Payment details are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to ensure the highest security standards.
• Rinessa does not store or have access to your complete payment information; all transactions are handled securely by Razorpay.

• Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email and SMS with your order details.
• If your payment is unsuccessful, please check:
  • Whether your card details were entered correctly
  • Sufficient funds in your account
  • Your bank’s fraud protection rules that may block the transaction

If a payment is debited from your account but order confirmation is not received, please check:

• If the amount has been auto-refunded by Razorpay (most failed transactions are refunded within 24-48 hours).
• If not refunded automatically, contact [email protected] with:
  • Transaction ID
  • Order details
  • Screenshot of the debit confirmation

Refund Timeline:

• Failed Payments: Automatically refunded within 5-7 business days.
• Order Cancellations: Refunds processed as per the Returns & Refunds Policy.

• EMI options are bank-specific and subject to Razorpay’s approval process.
• If your EMI option is unavailable at checkout, check with your bank for eligibility.
• "Buy Now, Pay Later" (BNPL) is available only to customers approved by Razorpay's lending partners.

• To ensure a safe shopping experience, Rinessa has implemented fraud detection and prevention measures in collaboration with Razorpay.
• We may flag, hold, or cancel orders that trigger security concerns or potential fraud indicators.
• If your order is flagged, we may request additional verification (such as ID proof or OTP confirmation) before processing.

• All payments on www.rinessa.com are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• We do not support international transactions at this time.
