IS THE IMAGE COLOUR ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE IN REAL LIFE?

We strive to ensure that the colours of our products are displayed as accurately as possible on our website. However, please note that the actual colour of the product may vary slightly due to differences in screen resolution, device settings, and lighting conditions during photography. While we take great care to represent each item faithfully, a perfect colour match cannot be guaranteed across all devices.

Each RINESSA garment is crafted exclusively from premium fabrics and materials, featuring intricate, luxurious embellishments. To preserve the longevity of your piece, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry place. Dry cleaning is advised. Please also refer to the care label on your garment for specific cleaning instructions

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

From the Sign In section, click on the Create an Account link, which will take you to the registration form. Simply enter the required details in the fields marked with an asterisk and click Submit. By signing in to your account, you can track your orders and manage all your account information, including creating and sharing your wishlist.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY ACCOUNT?

To access the My Account section, enter your username and password into the sign in window.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

Please click on the Forgotten Password link. You will automatically receive an email with
instructions to create a new password.

HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?

After selecting the product you wish to order through rinessa.com, please click Add to Bag and indicate your desired quantity. You can view or edit the contents of your bag at any time by clicking the shopping bag icon in the top right-hand corner of all website pages. By clicking View Bag, you will be able to  confirm or edit your bag and then proceed to checkout. Once your payment has been made, a confirmation page will appear with your order number, indicating that your order has been received.
A confirmation will also be sent to you by e-mail.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

All orders placed through rinessa.com can currently be delivered to locations within mainland India only. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or to companies offering international forwarding services. Please ensure that a local Indian mobile number is provided at the time of purchase, as our shipping partner does not accept international contact numbers. This helps guarantee smooth and timely delivery of your products. Billing—whether using local or international cards—is securely processed through our trusted payment partner, Razorpay. CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be modified. However, you may cancel the order and place a new one, provided it has not yet been fully processed or dispatched from our facility. WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all Credit/Debit cards of all major banks, and wallet payments. Please refer to Payment Methods for the list of forms of payments.

WHICH METHOD IS USED TO ENSURE SECURE PAYMENT?

Payments are made via the secure server of our partner, Razorpay, a recognised payment operator. None of your banking information are stored or transmitted via the website, so payment by credit card is completely secured. Please refer to Payment Methods for more information.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY INVOICE?

Your invoice will be attached to the confirmation e-mail that you receive after placing an order through rinessa.com If you have an account, you may also access your invoice by going to My Account and then to My Orders. By clicking the Download Invoice link, your invoice will be displayed and ready to print.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING CHARGES?

All our shipping is complimentary—there are no additional charges for delivery. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within India. Additionally, shipping is free for exchanges.

All orders placed through rinessa.com are uniquely packaged by RINESSA and can be delivered

HOW DO I MAKE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?

Every order is prepared with the utmost care and delivered in branded RINESSA packaging. The style of packaging may vary depending on the type of collection—for example, our Luxury Lawn pieces are presented in RINESSA Signature Packaging, while Studio Lawn may feature a different style. In all cases, the boxes are placed inside a protective courier cover to ensure the contents arrive safely and securely.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

A tracking link is provided in the e-mail you receive from us confirming the shipment of your order. If you have created an account, this link is also available on our website under My Account, then My Orders. You will also receive a text and/or email from our carrier for all delivery methods.

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

You may return your order within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery. Simply complete the Returns form on our website and send the unused products back in their original packaging. All payments are processed safely through our trusted PCI DSS compliment payment partner,
Razorpay. Payment details are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to ensure the highest
security standards. RINESSA does not store any credit or debit card information.RINESSA has
implemented fraud detection and prevention measures in collaboration with Razorpay. We may
flag, hold, or cancel orders that trigger security concerns or potential fraud indicators. If your
order is flagged, we may request additional verification (such as ID proof or OTP confirmation)
before processing.
If you suspect that your card details have been compromised, we recommend contacting your
bank immediately for further assistance.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY PAYMENT HAS GONE THROUGH?

Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email and
text message with your order details. If your payment is unsuccessful, please check whether,
that your card details were entered correctly, there are sufficient funds in your account or
whether your bank’s fraud protection measures may have blocked the transaction

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE PAYMENT FAILURES?

If a payment has been debited from your account but you haven’t received an order
confirmation, please check the following:
- Whether the amount has been auto-refunded by Razorpay (most failed transactions are
refunded within 24–48 hours).
- If the refund has not been processed automatically, please contact us at [email protected]
with the transaction ID, order details and screenshot of the payment confirmation.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank and service provider, but typically,
automatic refunds for failed payments are processed within 5–7 business days. All other
refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges

HOW DO I GET EMI & BUY NOW, PAY LATER (BNPL) FACILITIES?

EMI options are bank-specific and subject to approval by Razorpay. If the EMI option is not
visible at checkout, we recommend checking with your bank to confirm your eligibility. Buy
Now, Pay Later (BNPL) is available only to clients who have been approved by Razorpay’s
lending partners. Availability of this option depends on your credit profile and the partner
lender’s policies.

DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?

We are currently working on enabling Cash on Delivery - CODas a payment option. Once it is
activated, we will update the information on our website.

HOW DO I REPORT ANY SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY DURING PAYMENT?

If you notice anything suspicious while making a payment, please abort the transaction
immediately and inform RINESSA Client Care Team without delay. You can reach us via our

Please note, RINESSA does not store any credit or debit card information. All payments are

WHAT CURRENCY AM I CHARGED IN AND INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS?

If your card is issued in India, all payments on rinessa.com are processed in Indian Rupees
(INR). For international cards, charges will still be made in INR, but your card provider may
apply its own foreign exchange rates and fees. We recommend contacting your card issuer for
more information regarding international transactions and conversion charges.

All our prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of GST. Please note, we currently only deliver
within India, and a local Indian shipping address and phone number are required to ensure
